Private House + Yard Central Location to All RVA

The home was in a great location and had the space we needed with a nice fenced in backyard.

Ideal location for the area. Positive: The location is ideal for exploring the region, nothing is too hard to reach. The property itself, whilst on a main road is not loud. It is a comfortable pad, well laid out with good facilities.

This home walking distance to hip breweries and eateries was cute and spotless. It had private back parking and entry, very nice. We were in town to visit friends and were excited to find a place in the same area instead of driving from downtown Richmond. Host was very responsive. It was on a main road but still it was quiet at night. We would certainly choose this again if we return.

Very Good Positive: No breakfast was given do your own. We had some that were GF some Dairy free and vegetarian. Found great restaurants to accommodate everyone. House was good size and value. Negative: Full size bed in downstairs room really in need of bed upgrade. Made a lot of noise every time you moved in it. And mattress worn out. Also the door had no way to even shut it. Bathroom door also had issues.
