Private House + Yard Central Location to All RVA

Ideal location for the area. Positive: The location is ideal for exploring the region, nothing is too hard to reach. The property itself, whilst on a main road is not loud. It is a comfortable pad, well laid out with good facilities.

Very Good Positive: No breakfast was given do your own. We had some that were GF some Dairy free and vegetarian. Found great restaurants to accommodate everyone. House was good size and value. Negative: Full size bed in downstairs room really in need of bed upgrade. Made a lot of noise every time you moved in it. And mattress worn out. Also the door had no way to even shut it. Bathroom door also had issues.

It was cool I liked the place I’d go back just hope it’s cleaned properly before I get there Positive: The space was large everyone got their own privacy and when people came over it felt like the homey area I wanted didn’t want it to feel like a party more just family celebrating and that’s what I got in the atmosphere Negative: Didn’t like that the beds weren’t made looked like someone had just left and there was only one set of clean sheets in one room and the kitchen floor had dust piles wish this were checked before we checked in felt a little unsanitary
