4 Mins to U of R! Spacious, Central Guest Suite

A beautiful home that was clean, fully furnished and perfect for our group of four, one couple and our two adult sons! The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We did not do any cooking during our stay, but the kitchen is stocked with everything one would need. Check in and check out were easy due to the great communication with the host, and our host was very responsive to our inquiries, any day and any time! The location was great as it was quiet and a short drive or rideshare wherever we wanted to go. The owner, who lives onsite, was extremely nice and accommodating, even when we locked ourselves out of the house one day, as she had to let us back in! We highly recommend and would gladly stay here again if we travel to Richmond!

Everything was clean. The yard was great for my young kids to kick around a soccer ball. The kitchen has more bowls, plates, and cups than we could ever use. The dishwasher and laundry ran without issue. The neighborhood was quiet despite there being work trucks up and down while we stayed. The house does have excellent sound proofing. We didn't even hear the other tenant below us.All in all, a good set up.One note: Laundry is located in one of the bedrooms, plan sleep schedule accordingly.

Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. The house was clean and very nicely updated.
