Could have been better. Positive: Coffee was okay, location seemed safe enough. Parking right in front was appreciated. Chips were good. Negative: Didn't know it was on second floor, we are 80 & the stairs were difficult. Furnace blower would not shut off & blew right down on our heads in bed from dirty registers. Pillows were too big & the TV in the bedroom didn't work. People next door must have been smoking because it smelled like skunk at the top of the stairs.

The owner was very communicative and responsive. Positive: It was convenient, simple and well appointed. It was also very clean. Negative: The exterior was a little rough looking at first, but the inside was nice. Someone in the building was a heavy pot smoker so the scent was oppressive at times in the hallway.

Perfect four-night stay in historic Church Hill. Positive: Excellent location in Church Hill with great restaurants within walking distance; super quiet, very comfy and clean, yummy snack basket and other thoughtful amenities; ease of check-in and check-out; excellent communication with property manager. Negative: I liked everything!
