Tranquil Escape in Church Hill Near Libby Park

Perfect four-night stay in historic Church Hill. Positive: Excellent location in Church Hill with great restaurants within walking distance; super quiet, very comfy and clean, yummy snack basket and other thoughtful amenities; ease of check-in and check-out; excellent communication with property manager. Negative: I liked everything!

Strongly recommend to anyone, more comfortable versus a hotel and the price was right. Positive: 1. Communications (email & Messages) from booking to departure were great. Staff responded quickly, understood my situation, and helped lower my stress level. 2. Location-1.2 miles from hospital, easy access code, and close parking, and 3. Met all my needs. The basket of snacks are a nice touch. I don't usually eat those things, but getting back into the room after a long day at the hospital, was nice having them. Negative: 1. Outside- Concrete steps and the narrow steps up to the second floor (thank you for the sensor lights). 2. Inside- Did not know how to work Roku or the recliner chairs (realized they were heated on last evening). Shower tiles.

It was a great experience especially for the price. Positive: I loved it the host was very kind and helpful they had great communication,i feel I got an amazing deal on the place.

The site said laundry closest laundry facility was 15 minutes away. Outside of house and stairway leading to apartment was dirty and filled with spider webs. Internet issues with a lot of no internet connection. Apartment was nice

Good value and comfortable. Positive: The location was good. Centrally located, and close to downtown. Cozy living space. Comfortable bed. Negative: Parking was disrupted due to road construction. The entry staircase was very narrow, and steep. Handicapped or elderly might have serious problems negotiating them.
