Step into Style: Charming Blue Suede RVA Getaway!

Great place overall with plenty of room for everyone in the party. The hosts were great and very responsive to everything. The back staircase by the parking spot can be a little treacherous but otherwise, everything was fantastic!

We had a great stay here. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space for our group. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend away with friends while attending an event in the area. The location was convenient, the check-in process was easy, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Very cute home with character and all the updated amenities. Comfortable beds, light blocking curtains, good shower with hot water, big TVs! Plenty of parking space and communication with manager was excellent, they were responsive to requests and polite. Some road noise to be heard from main road in Master bedroom and can hear folks below a bit l, but it is a city after all and this house was conveniently located 10 min drive from VCU and a wonderful find, highly recommend.

We are repeat guests at this location. Prior guests had left a smell in the unit that was difficult to recover from. We had some struggles with some common household items, but heard back quickly. No monetary resolutions were offered regarding the smell even though the smell was very prevalent, only offered remidies had us out of the unit for extended periods of time, which was disappointing. We paid for this unit expecting access to it for the time rented for the price paid, without overwhelming smells. This rental was not what we expected.

We stayed here when we came in town for my daughter’s graduation from VCUarts. It was super comfy and well appointed. The location was good - close to everything - but it wasn’t in the middle of all the action.
