Good location, easy to access, perfect for a family.

Positive: The place was quiet and had many trees around. Same distance to downtown Birmingham and to Oak Mountain park. Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

We needed a place to come and go to the Grandview Medical Center. This adorable condo is perfectly located to easily get to the hospital. There are tons of restaurants and stores very close by. The condo neighborhood was very well kept, quiet, and seemed very safe. The AC worked great. There was a nice outdoor porch with a tree view. There were 2 nice bedrooms - one with an attached bathroom, the other had a bathroom across the hall. The living room was spacious. Large TVs throughout. Great internet with flawless connection. A separate dining with a decent size kitchen. There are stairs down to the condo itself. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed the K cup coffee maker and supplies that were awaiting us. Would definitely stay again.
