We had a good stay at Ma's Cozy Cottage. The location was a bit farther than we'd like it to have been from Williamsburg, a 45 minute drive but great non the less. It's 4 minutes from The Food Lion and Dollars General so close to shopping. It's also very close to a biking trail and bike rental. This is a pet friendly location so our pups loved it. It's a quiet location and great for a family with kids.

This was our second stay here and although I will stay again because it’s convenient to my family and allows dogs, I was disappointed in the cleanliness and the upkeep of the house. The toilet seat is broken, shower knobs broken and the overall cleanliness was not great, had a mildew smell throughout :(
