Perfect couple’s spot in Church Hill neighborhood! Positive: Great floor plan - spent a week there while visiting our son. Fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Negative: Easy parking, good kitchen, bath, and floor plan

The property looks exactly like the photos. I had a special need and and the host was super accommodating and very nice Positive: Centrally located, very clean! Negative: If there were extra bed pillows and blankets we didn’t know where they were.

Nice clean place in a good neighborhood

The house is cozy and the neighborhood is quiet, and parking is convenient, a great option for all! Positive: The house is cozy and clean, I think cleanliness is essential, by being clean that made our stay a great comfort! Negative: I was hoping there is bathtub, but I can understand there are limitations to each house……. so it’s alright.

Great location and spacious accommodations Positive: The house was very nice, comfortable and comfy. The location was perfect for our travel plans and we felt safe in the area. It was well stocked and used the washer and dryer to catch up on laundry while traveling. Would definitely stay here again. Negative: Nothing really. The outside was a bit run down and we were a bit worried what the inside was going to be. However, we were pleasantly surprised.
