Spacious, Vibrant Home 'n Central Richmond, VA!

The house is beautiful and the pictures accurately reflect the interior of the house. It is obvious that time and TLC went into the renovation and there was plenty of room for five adults. However, the fenced-in backyard was rather overgrown and didn’t really lend itself to much time spent outside. Parking, while available, was very tight when backing up and multiple neighbors had left construction debris which made ingress a bit of a challenge. In terms of location, it was close to places that we wanted to visit. Neighborhood appears to be in transition with new construction and renovations ongoing.

We loved our stay in Richmond! The host was very responsive and communicated throughout the stay. The home was close to everything in a super cute neighborhood. We appreciated all of the accommodations and would happily stay again.

Property was very comfortable for 3 couples.

Overall property was clean. But it could use some TLC. Floors make noise when you walk. Parking behind the property is great feature. There is a backyard where kids and pets can play. Neighbor is little problem, there is noise from the neighbors and the nearby restaurant. Access to highways is nice. Overall good property except the floors. Communication from host is awesome.

We loved the house. Parking was busy out front but the extra parking in the back was a huge plus due to the business of the streets in that area. Air conditioning worked great and beds were comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. James was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. Thanks for an amazing stay.
