Private House Mins to Maymont Park, Trails & VCU!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The home was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm. We loved the beautiful tree lined neighborhood and enjoyed how close it was to Maymont Park, the James River trails, and downtown Richmond. The coffee and snacks were a thoughtful surprise and made us feel welcome. The house had everything we needed, and James was a great host who was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Richmond. Thanks for a great stay!

Moved a family member into their new home and needed a place to stay while in Richmond. We have a little Shih tzu so we needed a pet friendly spot. This home is very clean, is fully stocked, has very easy parking and is close to everything we needed. The back yard is nicely fenced in and there is a fire pit and table outside under the large oak trees. Would stay again.

Property was in a great location. Beds squeaked terribly, and there is only one shower. The full bathroom is a jack & jill shared bathroom, which I wish would have been pointed out in the listing. No counter space in bathrooms & Street parking only. Quiet clean neighborhood and conveniently located. Check in is at 4pm and in my opinion is a bit late. Check out at 10am is too early….. So a 5 day stay is really 4 with check in and check out times as they are. Overall a nice property.

A perfect home away from home in a quiet, safe and lovely area. Positive: Everything! It was beautifully appointed comfortable and any questions we had or issues were dealt with immediately. The area was quiet, safe and beautiful. Had it not been a heat wave, we could have done lots of walking! But instead, explored museums and enjoyed the house. Thank you so much. Negative: Nothing!
