The Neighborhood House in RVA!

Awesome! Would def use thi Positive: Loved the snacks, the house was clean, staff was super friendly and great at communicating Negative: Really everything was good. Was a dog friendly house and the lawn service must’ve skipped this week so grass was tall but that wasn’t property owners fault.

Over all it was very convenient. Host was very responsive Positive: Location, space fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets Negative: Shower curtain was dirty. No curtain in master bedroom was too bright

Good house, needs a little work. Positive: Location. Beds were comfortable. House was a nice size. Deck is very nice. Great floor plan. It was very nice to have linens and paper products supplied. Coffee maker is great. Grocery store is close. Negative: House could be fantastic if it was better maintained. Walls and woodwork need cleaning and painting, especially in the bathrooms. Shower curtains need to be replaced. Pillows need replacing. It smells of smoke when you walk in, which is sad since there is a no smoking policy.

Un très bon moment en famille Positive: Très bien placé pour nous Près de VCU et des quartiers a voir de la ville Negative: Le seul axe de progres est l équipement de la cuisine , surtout la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine Nous cuisinions tous les jours pour 4 Pas assez d assiettes etc Poêles casseroles etc Même si cela ne nous a pas gêné il y a de la circulation car juste à côté d une école et donc pas mal de bruit aux heures de début et de fin des cours Pour le reste confortable et propre Réactivité au top avec le loueur

Positive: We booked the house for our daughter's 2 day graduation from VCU instead of driving back and forth an hour. The house was a great size for our party of 6. It was a lovely touch to have 3 bath towels per sleeping spot. That you don't find very often. James kept in touch throughout the weekend and assured us that if there was anything we needed, he would take care of it.
