The Neighborhood House in RVA!

The house was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Very nice, comfortable, minor inconveniences. Positive: It’s a very pretty house and property, the beds are soft and the amount of space was perfect! Negative: The only thing I didn’t like were the neighbors and the bugs, we had an incident where a neighbor yelled at us to “get away from her house” and we noticed a roach that most likely came from inside.

Very nice property with parking and easy entry/exit. Rooms are comfortably furnished with good lighting and easy access to plugs. Nice baskets with all the towels you will need are waiting for you upon arrival. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms are nicely appointed. Lots of closet space, and little touches like luggage racks are so helpful. Chairs and couch in the family room are comfortable. TVs work well. We had a little problem with one tv upon arrival - it turned out to be a power block failure- and host went out of their way to send over a handyman and quickly addressed the issue. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen is nice and the refrigerator works well. Excellent communication from host, with recommendations for the area as well. Reasonably priced for a lot of space.

nice, up to date house with good amenities. great location in Richmond with plenty to do close by.

Our host was very responsive, we were in town for the Richmond Marathon and the house was in a great location for it.
