Great Richmond Location

James' place is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near Carytown and downtown Richmond. We would definitely stay here again.

Generous space

This apartment was perfect for us, ideal location near coffee shops and the people we came to visit. Even cooked dinner for 5 one night, space for everyone. Loved it!

Fab property. Positive: Great accommodation in a fabulous location. We stayed for 4 weeks, and it had everything we needed for comfort. Location was very good. Easy walk into downtown through a park and along the river. Negative: Nothing

Getaway Retreat

I came to Richmond for a personal retreat and to do some long-range planning for work. Rental was well appointed, conveniently located to many nearby amenities, and met my needs. It would have been perfect if it had been a stand-alone unit. I did not realize that there would be tenants above me and unfortunately, my first night had some pretty rowdy kids and adults. Will give James props for addressing this immediately once notified of inconvenience.
