RVA Cottage Cozy & Spacious Near Downtown

Positive: It was cozy and very clean. It was a great location and had a park nearby in walking distance.

This is the second time we have rented the house and have it booked again in 2026. Positive: The connivence to our location as well as the cleanliness. Negative: NA

Clean, well-furnished small house that’s pet-friendly and in a convenient in-town location. Positive: Fenced in back yard was great for our dog. Fully stocked kitchen was good for our 4-night stay. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The TV had various streaming opportunities. The shower had plenty of hot water. And I liked the location—there were a number of nice delis, restaurants, and bars nearby. Negative: We had a minor issue with the TV remote, but we figured it out.

Host has excellent communication. House was a perfect location while I'm town for shows at the new Allianz Ampitheater on the Riverfront. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Peaceful neighborhood close to everything.

Great, cozy, little cottage to stay in when visiting Richmond Positive: House was clean, located near where we were going, communication was fast, the beds were very comfortable. Negative: Only one bathroom and you had to go through a bedroom to get to it.
