charming cottage with everything you need
Positive: small, but had everything needed, including laundry. yard was beautiful and green.

This is a really great house in the middle of a really cool neighborhood. There's a park in walking distance, as well as an excellent pizza place. The river is a very short drive, as is anything else you might want to do. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, and we loved having the fenced in backyard for our dogs. The next time we visit Richmond, we would definitely stay here again!

Host was very communicative. Excellent location. Not very clean. Many broken items. Host addressed all issues and we came to an agreed upon solution. Pet friendly. Street parking was no problem.
