Positive: Lots of positive. Location was great and felt safe. Hosts provided everything we needed. Communication was good. Good value. Washer and dryer was great.
Negative: We were downstairs and noise level above us was bad for 2 days. Sounded like stomping until about nine p m in the evening. After the upstairs people left , it was fine.Water pressure leaves something to be desired.

Good value for the money
Positive: Roomy, clean place with a full kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bed was comfortable and the management company was pretty responsive and pleasant to deal with. There's even a fire pit in the back yard, which was a cozy option.
Negative: when tenants are in the upstairs unit, the noise is almost unbearable, as you can hear EVERYTHING being right below them. luckily, this last time I stayed there, it was vacant until my last two days there.
