Good value for the money Positive: Roomy, clean place with a full kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bed was comfortable and the management company was pretty responsive and pleasant to deal with. There's even a fire pit in the back yard, which was a cozy option. Negative: when tenants are in the upstairs unit, the noise is almost unbearable, as you can hear EVERYTHING being right below them. luckily, this last time I stayed there, it was vacant until my last two days there.

Bad experience to remember about no heat Booking. Positive: Nothing Negative: Heating didn’t work, no hot water. Bad Management. Not a single call to apologize for inconvenience. Talking on chat like AI almost. Could have tried harder to fix issues but didn’t try at all. As soon as issue happened offered to take off money for one night, like a robot. House is old with possible water damage from past. HVAC system is never cleaned for ages I thought it was like road under the house. Anyways I am tired of writing bad things now.

Great base for a stay in RVA Positive: Location was great. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Very thoughtful.

Positive: Nice big bedrooms with high ceilings and real character. Sitting on the porch was great rain or shine. Definitely walkable to some good spots and a five minute drive to a great brewery (The Veil). Negative: Water pressure. Tiny tv room.
