Contemporary 3-Bedroom Home with Balcony in RVA

Beautiful spacious and clean home that’s close to downtown and many parks! Positive: This property was perfect for my family of 5. We loved the natural wood and bricks throughout! There was a nice amount of space, everything was very clean and there was everything we needed to cook a meal including dishes, pot/pans, knives, condiments etc. We loved the back deck! The neighborhood was quiet and nice! We explored the James River by parking at canoe run which was only 4 minutes from the house! We took a 2 hour hike and it was breathtaking! Would definitely stay here again!!

It could be better. Positive: The location. Negative: The mattress at the attic is no longer in good condition, and curtains are needed in all the rooms to prevent the sunlight from waking you up in the morning. The bathroom sink at the attic is not functioning correctly, as the water does not drain properly.

It was comfortable stay Positive: Everything was great, the AC worked there was no bad smell etc. It was nice and clean. Negative: I wishing there were some water bottles. In my opinions this one item is more important than any other food item.

You’ll want to come back. Positive: This place is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is great with restaurants within walking distance and it’s easy to get to other parts of Richmond from here. The contactless check-in is really convenient. Negative: The sheets are not cotton (thus, not breathable) so I was overheated when trying to sleep.

Great time Positive: Absolutely gorgeous.just like home Negative: Complaining from other guest . We had 3 children with us . They were dancing on New Year’s Eve . And we received complaints.
